DISABLED GUESTS AND FAMILIES
City Wharf Apartments has a ground floor apartment specifically designed for disabled guests and for families with young children. This apartment has a wet room, wider doors and a lowered breakfast bar. It also has direct street access with no steps or ramps.
ENVIRONMENT
All our apartments were comprehensively refurbished in 2007 and are redecorated annually. We have high efficiency heating systems and extremely good insulation. Kitchen appliances have been selected for their lower energy ratings and we use low energy lighting. We also have recycling facilities for glass, plastic bottles, cans and paper.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
One bedroom apartments on Regent Quay are fitted with sprinkler systems and state of the art fire alarms. All other apartments are fitted with interlinked smoke and heat detectors. Every apartment and all communal doors are fitted with an electronic entry systems.
