We have apartments at three city centre locations. 19-21 and 52 Regent Quay consists of one bedroom apartments with stunning views over the Harbour and a three bedroom cottage. 31-32 Springbank Terrace has four two bedroom apartments and a four bedroom house, with on-site, off street parking and gardens.
Our new reception and office is located at 47 Regent Quay where we have free newspapers, magazines, tea and coffee, computer and internet facilities and room for you to relax.

City Wharf Apartments has a ground floor apartment specifically designed for disabled guests and for families with young children.
ENVIRONMENT
All our apartments were comprehensively refurbished in 2006/7.
We have high efficiency heating systems and good insulation. Kitchen appliances have been selected for their lower energy ratings. We also have recycling facilities for glass, plastic bottles, cans and paper.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
One bedroom apartments on Regent Quay are fitted with sprinkler systems and state of the art fire alarms. All other apartments are fitted with interlinked smoke and heat detectors. Every apartment and all communal doors are fitted with an electronic entry systems.
Each set of apartments are fitted with remotely monitored CCTV.
