City Wharf Serviced Apartments Aberdeen - About Us
About Us
City Wharf Serviced Apartments opened in Jan 2007. Only the third set of Serviced apartments in Aberdeen. Our aim was to offer travelers unrivalled quality serviced accommodation, with a personal level of service to match, all at a reasonable price. We now have 22 Aberdeen serviced apartments, from one to four bedrooms. All of them right in Aberdeen city centre.
Since we opened our first serviced apartments, Aberdeen quayside has seen massive re-development. Two new multi-million pound shopping centers have been built within a few minutes walk. Barratts have built new apartments on Regent Quay and adjacent streets. Previously empty and decaying quayside buildings have been bought back to life as trendy accommodation or modern offices.

Our History
City Wharf serviced apartments first Aberdeen property opened in a newly refurbished building at 19-21 Regent Quay, that had lain derelict for over 40 years. The eight, one-bedroom apartments all have stunning views over Aberdeen Harbour. Behind the apartments is a three bedroom cottage, that had also lain empty and open to the elements for 40 years. The cottage has its own secluded garden that is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the centre of a busy city.
